The health industry is highly complex due to the often competing goals of the providers, policy makers, administrators, consumers and citizens. In spite of the advances of medical science we need to look beyond medicine to dramatically improve health and health systems in the 21st century. This program is designed to look at the needs and potential solutions to improve health systems.

Graduates from the general program are provided with competitive and marketable job skills. Graduates from the legal stream find challenging positions in law firms, trust companies, real estate firms, legal departments of large corporations and business/ industry in general. Graduates from the medical stream work in a wide variety of settings (doctors’ offices, hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and departments of government or industry maintaining medical staff). 本专业毕业生具备出色的就业竞争力。法律方向毕业生在法律事务所、信托公司、实业企业、大型企业法务部门就业；医疗方向毕业生在诸多机构（医生办公室、医院、诊所、药品公司、政府或产业维护部门）就业。
