When Lakeland College opened in 1913, there were only 34 students enrolled. Today we have campuses in Vermilion and Lloydminster, over 60 programs, and more than 7,000 full-time and part-time students - but Lakeland is as tight-knit as ever. The reason for Lakeland’s success is its people-centred culture. Lakeland College's mission is to inspire lifelong learning and leadership through experience, excellence, and innovation and our vision is to transform the future through innovative learning. Our values include learner success, integrity, respect, community, excellence, and innovation. At Lakeland College:Students are supported and engaged with their learning and, as a result, are better prepared for the labour market or further learning.Students have access to training that strongly aligns with labour market needs.
