阿尔伯塔大学物理系（理学院）提供重点在医学物理的应用物理学学士学位荣誉项目。这是一个四年制的本科项目，学生必须符合应用物理学的要求。  
在第四年，学生参加必修和选修课程。四年级的课程与医学物理学研究生参加的必修课相同。这些课程包括：BME 564，ONCOL 550,552,562,564,568。注册医学物理学专业的应用物理学学士学位荣誉项目的学生必须参加Oncol 550或Oncol 562和最多三个其他的项目课程。这将为那些继续医学物理学研究生项目学习的学生减少第一年课程负担。
A Bachelor of Science Honours Program in Applied Physics with a concentration in Medical Physics is offered through the University of Alberta, Department of Physics (Faculty of Science). This is a four year undergraduate program, and students must meet the Honours in Applied Physics requirements.
In Year 4, students take required and optional courses. Some of the Year 4 courses are the same courses that Medical Physics graduate students must take. These courses are: BME 564, ONCOL 550, 552, 562, 564, 568. Students enrolled in the BSc Honours Program in Applied Physics with a concentration in Medical Physics must take either Oncol 550 or Oncol 562 and up to three other of the above courses in their program. This will reduce the first year course load for those students who continue their studies in the U of A Medical Physics Graduate program.
