The Masters Preparation Certificate in Education (MPCE) is designed for international students who possess a four-year bachelor’s degree and who intend to pursue graduate studies at a Canadian university. Applicants to MPCE seek to increase their eligibility for admission to graduate studies through the continued development of their existing academic practices and the acquisition of new academic experiences and English language proficiency skills.
